How to Use
- Take ½ small spoon (about a coffee spoon) of VAMVÉ powder
- Apply a pinch over your tongue — helps lift the white coating
- Wet your brush, dip it in the powder, and gently brush teeth for 2 minutes
- Clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner
- Rinse your mouth well
- Use morning and night
